Please be advised that the raw stone materials supplied are in an unfinished state and will require varying degrees of on-site working, dressing, or modification depending on the intended construction style. It is essential that all design and build considerations be reviewed in consultation with your appointed builder or stonemason prior to ordering, to ensure the materials are appropriate for the desired application.
Things to note:
- Pallet Requirements: Any order over 1 tonne will require a separate pallet if delivery is arranged via tail-lift.
- Lead Times: Our standard lead times are typically around 3-4 weeks. However, we recommend placing your order at least 6 weeks before your installation date to ensure a smooth and timely process.
- Order Submission: All orders must be submitted in writing via email to our office team to ensure accuracy.
- Delivery Options: We offer tail-lift kerbside delivery or hi-ab delivery for smaller orders.
- Site Deliveries: Orders of 28 tonnes (or multiples thereof) can be delivered directly to the site, provided that offloading equipment (such as a forklift or Manitou) is available.
