Things to note:

• Pallet Requirements: Any order over 0.75 tonne will require a separate pallet if delivery is arranged via tail-lift.
• Lead Times: Our standard lead times are typically around 3-4 weeks. However, we recommend placing your order at least 6 weeks before your installation date to ensure a smooth and timely process.
• Order Submission: All orders must be submitted in writing via email to our office team to ensure accuracy.
• Delivery Options: We offer tail-lift kerbside delivery or hi-ab delivery for smaller orders.
• Site Deliveries: Orders of 28 tonnes (or multiples thereof) can be delivered directly to the site, provided that offloading equipment (such as a forklift or Manitou) is available.
